Unfortunately, the reason we booked this property primarily was we needed an elevator due to family member lack of mobility. The afternoon before our arrival we received a call the elevator was broken and could not be fixed due to lack of part and the Thanksgiving holiday.They scrambled to find another property which was appreciated but it had not enough bedrooms so adult daughter slept on sofa for three days.I understand things happen. Unfortunately , it had a significant impact on our trip to Bald Head.
