I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened.」

「What a treat this place is. We had an amazing nights stay only sorry we didn’t book for longer. The den was beautiful well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen accessories were great. The surrounding area was beautiful and meeting and feeding the alpacas was a special experience. 「An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me.」

「This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property.
