So appreciated the tea/coffee and cereal, after a longhaul flight. Shower cubicle esp door joints needs a good scrub with a bristle brush, will come up gleaming. Otherwise superb place, bed super comfy, linens & towels spotless.

Adelphi visit Preston

The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again

Disappointing, not as listing inferred.

Listing stated whole apartment & listed things included. It was an apartment, just a room & very sparse. No chair, table, shelves, shaver socket or kettle. Nowhere to put your bag etc unless on floor. Nowhere to put your toiletries. Really feel misled, will never be going back.

Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room.

Senseless Layout

Be aware that the rooms only have a bed and a TV, they do provide good wi-fi but there is nowhere in the room to put a laptop other than the bed with no chair to sit on to use the laptop. I had a great deal of work to do and asked if a chair could be provided but was informed that ''we do not have chairs''. I had to rest my laptop on the ironing board and do the work standing up, resulting in back and neck pain. The place has a good kitchen with cooking facilities, however if you do make something to eat or bring some food to your room the only place to sit and eat it is on the bed. Avoid this place unless you are prepared to sit on the bed to use you PC and eat your food.

We had a lovely stay.. The rooms were clean and the showers are excellent! If anything we would of liked a set of draws to put are clothes in but that is a miner quibble. The situation of the hotel is excellent for the city centre. We all would certainly stay again! It’s 5 stars from us all.♥️
