“This property is managed by a property management company. They were responsive to communications (and we appreciated that), but seem to have had no flexibility about anything outside policy. Written responses were all pro forma and impersonal.Checking in was a disaster. The door-lock mechanisms did not work and it took a long time late in the evening to contact the management. It was frustrating trying to resolve the locking/unlocking mechanism over the phone. I felt sorry for the agent, who……

“Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!”
