It was a nice place, the air worked really well. It was easy to find and get into. Just didn’t know it was a down stairs apartment, so it was a little different being somewhat under ground. But over all it was a nice stay. Would recommend it to other who Ned a place to stay

Property was clean and comfy and looks exactly like the pictures online. There was 3 of use staying and there was plenty of room for us but but could have been challenging if there was 4 people as there is very limited sitting. Beds and bedding where so comfy and the water presure in the shower was awesome! Location was great and just a short walk or drive to restaurants/shops. Fernando was also very responsive. I would definitely stay here again! Neighborhod was very quite and parking was not a problem from the alley way.

So cute

The sugar skull apartment was very comfortable and clean. Ned’s were so comfy. We were passing through from a week trip and this place was the perfect fit for me and my husband. The only thing I would say that needs to be addressed is the main door to get in the complex needs to be fixed.

Property is clean and comfortable and the photos are accurate. Parking is a breeze and getting into the unit is also simple. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. Mattresses in both rooms were wonderful. The sheets and comforters were soft and high quality. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of spices, oil, coffee and tea. We will stay here again the next time we are in Lawrence!

Great location and property

Our family was in town to see a KU basketball and football game. We loved the property and the location. Plenty of parking and easy walk to campus and Mass restaurants and shopping. Property management was great.
