“Great pool”

“I thought the life guards were awesome. They were moving and watching always. So important with a 2 and 4 year old. Had a lot of activities as well”

“This hotel was terrible. Pictures online are fraudulent. Rooms & hallways had stains in carpet. Old mildew odor in room. No wash cloths during entire stay. If my son & I wasn’t in a crunch with time I would of checked out and stayed somewhere else even if I had to psy again.”

“They did not specify on the website that you had to pay 30 for parking one night and their pool was not working. The whole reason why I picked this place vs the one Hampton up the street”

“I would like to file a formal complaint. Woke up this morning to an unusable backed up sink full of dirt and brown water. Had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. I complained to the front desk and they couldn’t do anything since we books thru you a third party. This is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied.”

“Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. No lock on bathroom door- no hand soap in bathroom; it was equipped with shampoo at the sink- to wash hands. I did not respond to texts from front desk, asking how my stay was- so that’s my fault. “The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very……
