「It was a GREAT experience for my family. The pool, arcade, and other amenities were really enjoyable and in great shape. The only thing that stood out that the pool hours are 9/10 AM (outside/inside), which for families with young kids , it may be suitable to have an earlier pool time. I stayed here for the World Cup and it was an incredible place to do that!」

「This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant. You could say you get what you pay for but we stayed here for a World Cup game and paid a lot more than this place is worth. Knowing the hotel would be...

「Stayed with the kids and wife for a sports weekend. Always have a good experience at any Hyatt Place. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were pretty much soundproof. There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient.
