“Nice pool”

“I think the water park needs maintenance; the facilities in the children's area are covered in algae.The noise from the rooms upstairs was very noticeable; it was quite loud, and it was hard to sleep because of it.”

“I wanted to give this hotel a chance after the poor reviews that I read. First impresssions at the front office were not promising. I did like that the outside door required a key card to enter the building. I did notice the dirty rugs in the hallway. Our room wasn’t cleaned throughly. I found chip pieces on the carpet and there were a couple of hairs in the tub. I did like the toiletries that were provided. Again I wanted to like the hotel because I can tell the owner is working on……

“It was very nice, they have been redoing it. They don’t leave enough cups, coffee, tea, or water in the room. If you have 2 queen beds, you check to see how many are in the room and leave stuff accordingly. Mold in shower”

“The room was Ok but not fantastic…there were dirty hand prints on the front door and and bathroom door…dirt on the lamp shades, dirt on the wall by the bed. My real issue is with the mini fridge…you can tell that fridge had been leaking for some time and nothing had been done…the cabinet was coming apart from the water damage. I can only imagine what kind of mold was under there. I was also very disappointed with the casino, nothing about gambling there was fun…I lost with literally every spin.……

“Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. No lock on bathroom door- no hand soap in bathroom; it was equipped with shampoo at the sink- to wash hands. I did not respond to texts from front desk, asking how my stay was- so that’s my fault. “Tiffany, the front desk clerk, deserves special mention in this review. There was a disconnect between the room that I requested (not all rooms at this location are suites, and I specifically requested one) and the room that I received. Tiffany went to great lengths to honor my request. She arranged for us to have a different room and allowed us to keep our stuff in our initial room while our new room was being prepared. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to help us out when others……
