「It was a very clean hotel with lots of things to do. When we stayed, it did seem that they were a bit understaffed. Wait times for food was rather long in all spots. The staff was very cheerful and friendly, which made you feel welcome. The outdoor pool was nice. Lots of seating.」

「I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the World Cup. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is nice, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the room had not been cleaned when I arrived, and there were no towels available. I had to go to the front desk to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping.」

「My husband, daughter, and I had a very nice stay here. The hotel was clean, and the pool and fitness room were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Country Club Plaza, which is a nice area for shopping/dining and access to transit.」

「This is a one-time grand hotel that has aged not-that-well. The outer facade is in desperate need of a makeover, or at least a paint job.. The hotel seems understaffed (I had to leave a message with room service) and the restaurant workers tried their best but seemed overwhelmed by the volume (and it wasn't even nearly at capacity). The location is unbeatable but it would behoove them to do a serious rehab….」

「From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!」
