“Great location! Beautiful hotel!”

“I decided to stay here because both on Expedia and the hotel's website said it was "Excellent." I paid more for my stay than other hotel's I the area because I wanted a nice, clean place to stay 4 nights. Items in the room that needed fixing/cleaning: -Paint on bathroom floor -Tile missing in bathroom -Dirt stains on ceiling out of vent -Curtain wands not attracted -Carpet in the room needed to be thoroughly vacuumed -Item left from previous people's stay -Carpet in the hallway needed a good……

“Did not park in your garage! $15.00 a day is not worth it.”

“We reserved a King that was Accessibility and when we got there they said they sold out of kings the night before what is the point of reserving what we wanted and providing a credit card if we are not going to get it. Also”

“The breakfast was good! The staff were helpful. However, when we walked into the room there was a smell that I couldn’t describe. Until it rained and it was dripping around the seal of the window and looked like the wall above was wet. So, we found our culprit for the smell.”

“Our first room on first floor had lots of roaches of all sizes. We went to the night clerk and he was very nice and gave us a room on the 2nd floor. We didn’t see any bugs as we looked everywhere. But room was not very clean the floor had stains not sure if it was blood or barbecue sauce. Table was not wiped down. There was a smell in the room that was bad. There was food or something on the wall and the old phone hook up was melted looked like an electrical melt. We just needed a place to……

“I had to book the fairly quickly for a funeral and didn’t pay much attention to the room on line, so imagine my delight when I realized it had a full size fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils. Although I did not use much of those amenities, I would have had I realized it had it. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I would book there again.”

“I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!”
