「Only stay at this property as a last resort. One or two staff members attempted to be helpful and most were friendly, but they are set up to fail given the horrible conditions of the rooms. Hot, hunid. AC that can't drop the temp below 74. Shirts come out of the closet damp. 3 nights stayed and never received housekeeping, other than the day I specifically asked the desk clerk to have them come replace the towels on the floor used to mop up the water due to the shower door gaps. Just terrible....

「Rooms, pool, staff, everything about this Hotel was A++, Excellent 👍 Our family will not book a stay anywhere else in Manhattan; unless, there isnt an available room. We stay in Manhattan frequently for Healthcare, and this is BY FAR the BEST place to stay!」

「Miss Aubrey checked us in. She was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent . Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, fried onions and peppers and that was the hot breakfast. An assortment of cold breakfast food was available as well. We met Miss Virginia the chef. She was a military cook for nine years. She loves cooking and adds much to the menu. We walked out with chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven. The whole...
