Tile was missing on a baseboard, no towel rack, rust spots on tub bottom, freezer had frozen over, and a door stop protecting a wall was missing. We appreciate it that is a pet friendly room and had easy access to outside. We didn’t like that the door that we access to the parking lot and to take the dog out that the key didn’t work in it. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room to hang out in the suite area when we weren’t sleeping.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP!! Myself, my mother (who is in her mid 70’s), my husband, and my son all are covered in bedbug bites. So severely we are all getting medical treatment. I requested to cancel my reservation after arriving and finding the room filthy with a horrid stench. Filth and trash under the nightstand. Was told the manager wouldn’t be in til the next day! Nobody addressed my request forcing me to stay the 2nd night in fear of being charged. The evening of our 2nd stay myself and family developed horrible bites covering our bodies! This prompted us to end our trip and leave immediately. Skipped out the last night of our booking to head home to seek medical treatment. We have welt like raised bites on our shoulders, backs, stomachs, waste, groin, upper thighs by our groin area, and buttocks. Still getting the run around about my refund. If I am ignored one more day I will contacting a lawyer! This place is unsafe and unsanitary! The only picture that is being accepted is the one I shared. Most of these bites are in places that are not family friendly! For your safety, do not stay here.

Wonderful suite for the two of us. I appreciated the fridge with freezer, the roominess, the bathroom amenities, and the very comfortable beds. Having an area with a couch separate from the beds was helpful for those wanting to go to sleep earlier. I appreciated the iced lemon water and the breakfast, too. Your price in comparison to other very inflated prices in Manhattan was a plus, too.

Terrible. No reason to stay here ever again

We had two rooms Room 1 - broken toilet seat. Told them about it. They never addressed it. - Sheets stained with what looked like excrement. -mattress completely worn out and should have been thrown in the trash ages ago. - A/C loud and didn’t work well. Room #2 - no toilet paper provided. In fact the mount that room 1 had was plain missing. Told them and they simply handed us new rolls. Told them we were going out so they could put it in the room - A/C and mattress pretty much same situation. - spill stain on the bathroom door that frankly looked like a certain bodily fluid. - No hot water. -continental breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had. -Staff wasn’t terribly friendly. In short, there is no way I’d stay here again.

Online booking problem

I booked through hotels.com and received confirmation emails however when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. This was a stressful way to start my weekend with my family. Luckily, they were able to still get me a room but said I should contact hotels.com to let them know is there was a problem with my online booking.
