“Yes it was. After a long 3 day driving trip from Maine the other places we stayed were last minute finds so horrible. This place was like royalty to cat, kids and me for good rest. Im glad i used Expedia that time”

“The hotel is clean and pet friendly. There is a $150 hold which I wasn't aware of, so I called the front desk from my room to ask about the charge on my credit card. The person said that I needed to come to the front desk. She was very condescending while explaining the charge. ”

“While the location and condition of the property were great, we had a lot of trouble with the tv. More specifically, we visited during March Madness as Marriott Bonvoy advertised that their properties were the place to be but the tv had neither CBS nor Paramount. We had to go out for most games which made the stay costly.”

“We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least……
