It’s a lot of space for a good price. The floors could just use a deep cleaning and there was trash in the couch cushions. Pretty nice over all.

Street noise was very loud, no curtains on the bedroom window so it was bright from the street lights all night. Mattress was not very comfortable. Large spacious space but smelled like stale cigarette smoke and was very outdated.

The property was very conveniently located. The cost for two bedrooms and a full kitchen could not be matched. Only downside was a decent amount of street noise, and it was lacking blackout curtains, but having stayed in many Topeka hotels, I’d chose this over them every time.

Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a pleasant surprise from staying in cramped hotels. It was an apartment building turned into a hotel. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Which was a crazy find. No one had to share. The place was cool when the temps outside where hot humid and miserable. Staff helped us find a place to eat. We ate at the Red Robin. That was cool. it overlooked the city.

Loved how spacious it was. Nice set up. Good location to zoo & the Capitol. Had a Coffee Bar in same location for morning coffee/breakfast. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable.

This property was a small, converted apt bldg. Lsrger and more comfy than most hotel suites, balcony, full kitchen with laundry, and two tv's...much like home. Well done. Nothing glitzy, super fancy, but clean and very comfy...everything in good working order. A little noisy outside, but I slept soundly, so not too intrusive...0would stay there again. Perfect for extended stays

This place was amazing for our 3-day stay. Our family enjoyed a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit. The price was wonderful for the large size of the unit. Better than several short-term rentals we’ve stayed at. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Not fancy but clean and spacious. We have three bedroom with common areas and everything was spacious front deck checking/out was easy and so very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

The description and pictures were not even close. The lobby was dirty, not dusty but the walls needed cleaned, the rug was filthy and the entrance/exit door was so disgusting I wouldn’t even touch it with my hands. The room was better but there was a smell to it. It was clean except the wall next to the night stand. You could see the steaks from things being spilled on it. There wasn’t a rug under the living room coffee table which is no big deal, but there was no kitchen/dining room table to eat at!! It was spacious with tons of closet space. The shower is out dated but worked. The pillows were half pillows, which is ridiculous. Parking was fine, close to the unit. The stair case to get to all the rooms is outside with no lights at all. Very creepy. We would not stay again.
