“Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. “Breakfast was great and staff did great keeping items filled even with it being really busy. Check in lady was great and very sweet and great. Only big issue was literally had to let the shower run for 20 + minutes before the water started getting warm and the chlorine levels in the pool were crazy high that it was hard to breath.

“Ridiculed at by the owner for having a service dog and told Ellie, my service dog, that she was sorry that I didn’t love her. Ellie is my protector and I love her as much as she loves me.
The woman then wanted to charge me a Pet Fee, requested papers on my service dog and wouldn’t allow us to stay in the room we booked.
ALL ILLEGAL UNDER THE ADA.
I am not going to take action, but I hope the owner reads this.
