I have stayed here many times over the years. In my recent stay, the condition has dropped. There were patches on the walls, a hole in the bathroom door, missing tile in the bathroom, and the entire floor reeked of marijuana during the whole stay.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, bugs in our Bathroom and mini fridge crawling around. Linens were clean and no bugs in the beds that we saw. Parking felt safe. Breakfast was standard and kept up. The hotel is well traveled, in need of a facelift . The elevator made sounds and was a bit scary sometimes

The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well.

I rented a double bedroom, but when I showed up there were no more available, thankfully they had a king with a fold out couch that would work we were able to switch to. I cannot eat gluten, so the breakfast was a moot point and the others with me were not impressed by it. The room was not very clean, and the toilet seat did not fit the actual toilet so that was weird. The water pressure was TERRIBLE and even though we would have loved a bath we couldnt trust the cleanliness sadly.

Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE!

Was the worst kept room I have ever stayed in, toenails on the floor no security latch for the door broken phone in the room itself and the pool that my children where so excited about was foul smelling with dirt on the pool floor and giant hair balls in the corners. Was completely unacceptable in every way DO NOT STAY HERE!

Staff was so awesome!! Very happy with them! And the rooms and lobby were clean. They were able to switch a room to meet my needs also, which I really appreciated!! The hotel itself could use some good upgrades. Otherwise, not terrible. I would stay there again
