“The staff was super nice what sad the pool was not open. the breakfast was ok I wont call it full breakfast. The room was ok”

I have spent the last 42 years in the travel industry, traveling over 4 million miles and staying in hotels in 40+ countries and can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience of my life. To start.... I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and the desk agent told me "all of our rooms are far from the elevator" ---- huh? So what is between the elevators and the rooms, the wheat fields of Kansas? I was given a room right next to the……

“I feel like I paid too much for the quality of the hotel. The room was a great size but the carpet was sticky in multiple places and the walls are in need of a paint job. The night time clerk did not know how to check us in and it took 45 minutes to get the keys to our room. Hotel breakfast was good and was clean and stocked well.”

“We called in to make sure they had a hot tub. They did but not working We got a room with a view of a wall 4 feet away not busy but we got the worst rooms in the place. Toilets were so old and low hard to get up off of them at $200 a night it was a rip. Surprised Hilton had there name on it. Will not return !!!”
