All of it was terrible. It ain't no 4 star. More like half of a star. I seriously don't know how they got 4 stars. The comforters were filthy and not clean. I didn't even wanna take.my clothes off or sleep in the beds. Ugh. Never again.

Room and facilities were very clean, but the bed was absolutely harder than a rock. It was so uncomfortable my wife and I did not sleep and we're extreme pain that we had to have our daughter get us some maximum strength pain reliever . The breakfast was ok but not huge on selection.We have decide we will not stay here again.

The hotel was not well kept. Even when entering the hotel the lobby was dingy and the room followed suit. The gray bed covers had visible stains on them and the bathroom was not clean. We chose not to stay for breakfast so I can not comment on that piece.

This hotel was not my 1st choice; hotel i booked with called me the day before stating the room I requested was not available. So I had to find another hotel and chose this one..big mistake. Was late arriving so when we arrived at hotel I put our dog in the room so I wouldn't be late for an appt. I wish i would have had time to check the room within the 30 minute refund window. Bathroom had a hole in the wall, rusted vent, dirty door & dingy tub with a slow drain. The carpet was stained, bedding had a hole in the sheet and looked dingy from being old. The faucet sprayed water, everything in the fridge froze, ceiling had dust. Also the door had a broken/missing latch. The beds were hard as bricks and very uncomfortable. On the day of checkout we went out early to pick up breakfast from a restaurant. Upon leaving there were 2 employees standing outside by a door smoking and talking. I assume they were on break and they kept watching us as we were leaving. We returned to our room and our keys didn’t work. Went to the front desk and told them our keys no longer worked. For some reason our keys were deactivated and we didn’t know why. The front desk clerk asked didn’t we check out and we told them no that our belongings were in the room we had not checked out. They reactivated one of our keys. Not sure why that happened. Strange. Thought that maybe those employees told the front desk we checked out. This was a horrible stay and will never book this hotel again.

The young man that checked us in was pleasant. The lobby was cold so he was bundled up. The room had a mild odor when we first walked into it. The bed was comfortable. The tile floor was dirty as were the hallways. Maintenance had been completed on the cheap.

People above me partying all night even after multiple complaints to front desk. Bed spread had a huge stain that that was disgusting. Place reeked like weed.

Room had a moldy shower curtain and moldy picture hanging on the wall. Towels in room had stains or discoloration. At breakfast hardly any thing left at 8:30 Am we went back an hour later and still nothing replenished. Only some eggs and two pieces of bread. Beds are hard as a rock. The room had a pet smell since they do allow dogs.
