“The sheets on the kids bunk beds would NOT stay on, they were basically sleeping on the mattress. We had 7 people in our room and a table with chairs for 2 people. The refrigerator froze our food, there was no way to adjust the temperature as the dial was missing. Limited dining options on-site. The water park was great, no issues there, lines moved pretty quickly. I would definitely drive the 9 hours the next time to go to Wisconsin’s Great Wolf Lodge instead of staying local.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We drove into Kansas City very early in the morning for appointments at KU Medical Center. After a long drive and a stressful day of appointments, we arrived at the Marriott Briarcliff with a sigh of relief. We were completely exhausted and yearned for a much needed respite. The front desk attendant went above and beyond to find us a room that was ready and allowed us to check in a bit early. That small act of kindness meant more than they probably realized! She gave us the chance……
