“Loved this hotel, there was a delay when checking in because of an issue with our room being assigned to another person with my same name, but they fixed it quick and actually gave us two private king sized bed rooms instead of a single room with two queen beds. So it was a little annoying to wait for so long to get our room specially after a long Fifa world cup match day, but still they fixed it quick and we had a great night of sleep”

“I worked in a hospital as a housekeeper that received #1 on cleaning and sanitation by the state board. I was trained 😉 on cleaning by a professional who was in the business and directed our department for 30 years. These rooms are not cleaned! They get a 2 on cleaning. I saw an Indian lady, elderly, cleaning rooms with a towel on a stick. She used it in every single room on my floor. Bathrooms and living area, same towel mop!”

“Worst service and experience i have had in a very long time. Seeking a refund due to unsafe room (exposed wiring). Front desk argued with me, were sarcastic and rude went as far as tell the kids don’t touch and electrocute themselves…. And ask if the kids pulled the plug put the wall when we had just arrived.. checked out 30 min after i checked in… reported to hilton because it was such a terrible experience. Font desk did nothing but escalate the situation…. Very unprofessional…. No NOT……
