「I was in a pinch...my power was out and I had to drive an hour for this room... When i tried to call all i got was their AI bs answering machine thing, NOT a real person. Yes, they allowed dogs, BUT, it cost me MORE to have my dog there than it cost me for the room itself... When I walked in it was like walking I to a blast furnace it was so hot...it took forever for it to cool down...the shower head was so low it was at shoulder height so I didn't get to take a shower...there were 3...

「Everything was excellent. Julie was very friendly and kind, texted us because we were driving late at night. The room was clean, had coffee, towels, and anything you'd expect, and on top of all of that, there was a massage chair in the room. whenever I'm around, that's where I'm staying.」

Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around.
