「The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air.」

「Hotel is older but well maintained. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy access to get to the room and very convenient location for an event at the Bismarck Conference Center.」

「Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok.」

「Room was poorly kept up after cleaning staff came by (ie bed skirt was off, handles were sticky and dirty). Sink did not drain properly and breakfast was not very good either. Staff is nice but for the price I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. 」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.」
