「This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :)」

Thank you! ~~ The house was placed with the Bayou in the backyard and the downtown area right outside the front door. It had perfect access to all the downtown shops and dining spots. I absolutely loved the chateau and the city! The house was well accommodating with many different items in case you forgot to pack some. We want to come back again one day for a longer stay.!」

「TENSAS TOWER WAS REALLY APPEALING AND THE PLACE WAS LOCATED IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA RIGHT WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE, THIS PLACE IS VERY UNIQUE AND DESIGN AWESOME, OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT」

「Great location, house was thoroughly clean and beautifully arranged. Would be perfect location for downtown New Iberia festivities. Parking is convenient but a little tight if you have a big vehicle. I understand it’s an alley so it can’t be helped, I’m just saying if possible, try to visit in a smaller-sized vehicle. Overall the house and hosts are 10/10 and we hope to visit again!」

「Was in town for son’s wedding, needed a place close by to stay, couldn’t have picked a better spot. Great location, cozy and quiet, well done layout, wish I could have spent more time.」

「This was a beautiful, peaceful, perfect place for our adult children to stay in, that came into town for a long weekend for our wedding. It has two separate cottages perfect to have separate, space. But also has an adjoining screened back porch over looking the bayou, that we used to have a Louisiana Friday family night of gumbo, with a fire pit and visiting. The property owners were gracious enough, that they let us use the grounds and property for pre-wedding photos. It was an amazing weekend....
