1. Had to wait for more than an hour for room to be ready when checked in at 6PM.
2. Bath rooms were stinking inspire of cleaning. Wash liquids were not refilled for 4 nights we stayed in the hotel.
3. Over-all lacking cleanliness in the common areas of the floor.

Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other.
