「Basic, standard with no frills whatsoever home. We needed a property for 8 adults close to Depot and this home delivers this. That said, furniture is old and sparse and beds are super basic and there is nowhere to sit outside, as the property’s grass is overgrown. Price reflects what you get.」

This place would be great for anyone who is in Regina for work or want an option that is in a safe neighborhood, yet close to shopping and Ring Rd. This would be a smart option if you are driving through and need a stop because it is close to the highways. The suite is quiet and new, with in suite laundry, coffee, kettle, hot plate and fridge.
