「The place has everything you need. Easy check in. Owner responds quickly. Close and walkable to shops. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again. 」

The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. 「Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. 「Excellent ! This property is exactly what it says "comfy cozy". It felt like home. It is a compact condo, but it is has just the right amount of room. 「This property was already booked from another website and we only found it out when my family was already in the area. Terrible. They don’t even answer questions. The owner should be double vigilant in posting their properties on different booking sites. It was a pain. 」

「Smaller than I expected. Balcony is very small. Had issues with sink in the bathroom not draining, shower head was loose and fell off. Owner was very fast at having it repaired. Owner was good at responding to texts. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.」

「Staff are friendly and helpful but room had no balcony or view as it looks into other apartments. Wi-Fi and TV stopped working after the first day.」
