    This beautiful condo, is a 3 bedroom 3 bath space with jungle views in a 5 star luxury accommodations.
    Enjoy the private and rare beach access to Playa Ballena beach, high speed internet throughout and upgrades like no other. This condo sits in the most convenient area of Costa Rica with all paved roads, 6 minutes from Ojochal and 7 minutes from Uvita!

    Elan at Ballena Beach is a residential resort with private direct beach access to the Ballena National Park on a flat easy walking trail through a gorgeous natural setting. See monkeys sitting along your walk or at the poolside, spot whales, turtles and dolphins form the beach and parrots from your condo terrace.
    This is the place where high-end luxury meets lush nature.

    If you are looking for waterfront amenities, Playa Ballena offers lounge chairs, umbrellas, water toys. Security is on staff at both the villa and beachfront.

    We are happy to offer traveler tips and tricks, organize: car rentals, private chef services, grocery and meal deliveries, (beach) massages.

A great find

My wife, daughter and grandchildren stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It was wonderful. Good location, nice pool and terrific beach.

The perfect escape

Our 3 night stay at Elan was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Its location was perfectly situated for tranquility, privacy and peacefulness. We enjoying coffee on the terrace every morning as we watched the birds and monkeys play around. The only disappointing part about our stay is that we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer.
