「The staff was great. When they saw how bad my husband's walking was, they switched us to a closer room, without us even asking. The room was very nice, modern and clean. Pools were beautiful and clean. Pool bars had excellent service, and drinks as you like them. My only concern was how thoroughly the non- disposable drink cups were washed? My favorite part was seeing the monkeys playing in the trees near the pools!
The food was ok. Steakhouse was very good. Asian restaurant was excellent....

「We just finished a 14-day stay at Condovac La Costa, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing.
We were charged $19 per night for mini bar service, yet it was only stocked twice the entire trip despite multiple requests to reception. We also waited 48 hours for clean sheets after repeatedly asking, and eventually had to strip the bed ourselves and bring the sheets to reception.
We later discovered our room included a separate dinner service, but no one told us until the last few days of...

「Extremely expensive for what you get. 1st come 1st serve for shuttle and hard to access the city by walk (uphill). Allowing guests to smoke in the pool. Hotel and amenities falling apart (not well kept or maintained). Drinks majorly diluted. Had curdle milk in my coffee, was told by staff that was normal and we're adamant on not changing it. Completely dismissed for 375$ a night we we're expecting alot more. I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star max. 」

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why:
1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor.
2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

「There is no wait staff at any of the resort except in the restaurants. In bars and at pools you have to go to the bar yourself. There is very limited shade at the pools. Only loungers and no sitting tables. Seats in the shade get towels on them as early as 6am. The food is limited in selection although the wings, burgers and fries from the grill at lunch were great. 3 out of 4 of us got diarrhea and puking at some point over the 2 weeks there. 2 got very sick for a few days. Not alcohol related.」
