「I had a terrible experience during my stay, primarily due to the front desk staff. The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered, unhelpful and completely lacking basic hospitality. Front desk service sets the tone for an entire stay, and this fell far short of acceptable standards. Room cleanliness was exceptional, but I had to check out the same night du the how unprofessional and disrespectful the guys at front desk were. I checked Saturday, at around 4 PM.」
