The sofa bed needs to be change I always stay in the suit and not changes, just take it away and will be great. TV is a little touchy, But never the less the staff was great, just a few needs a tune up.

Breakfast was a fantastic introduction to Costa Rican food and the guy who served us was very friendly and helpful Location is in the centre of town within walking distance of /near the sights Our room was a big claen room with plenty of room with a safe coffee filter ironing board and iron all of which we did not expect There is a communal area on the landings for people to use too Staff were friendly and helpful

I got there and was not room available and the nite check gave us the room almost 2 hours latter. We sent a message to the property and staying that I am arriving late, because our flight, that I am traveling with my mother and I need a wheelchair accessible. The nite clerk called the assistant manager and he was screaming at the clerk and stayed that I don’t need to talked to me and not transfer me to talk to me whe while he was on the speaker, very bad experience, specially when you hear a assistant manager screaming on the phone.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I am a terrible sleeper and I like a firm mattress with pillowtop which is exactly what they had. I had an issue with m y first room as it had a connecting door to another room where some young folks were kind of loud. They easiily moved me to a new one without a connecting door. Word of advice: if you are a light sleeper, you may want a room that either does not have a window or is higher up, 5th floor? , as the traffic noise can be loud. San Jose is a busy city. Very pleasant staff, free breakfast: eggs, granola yogurt, juice, fresh fruit. good enough for me!

The room appears clean. The bathroom was spotless but the carpet is the usual motel carpet. One of the lightswitches did not work and the small hallway had a light that was motion sensored. You could make it to the bathroom without turning on but it could be irritating if you left something in your suitcase and didn't want to wake your partner. The front desk staff was super helpful in many ways. We left our rental car in the parking lot and the key with the staff and the car company picked it up! What a great deal, Now we can take a cab to the airport as our car company, Adobe , also a bunch of friendly helpful people, is not at the airport at all. The hotel staff also helped us switch rooms as our other room had an adjoining door to the next room which, from the sound of it,was full of 20 somethings yucking it up. I will admit I am the worst sleeper around so didn't want to hear them and we got a room on the top floor with no adjoining door. Also, the first room, 3rd floor, had a balcony , which seems nice but this hotel is downtown in the busiest part of the city. So the noise is a bit too much for my neurotic bad sleeping. 5th floor room had windows but they did not open so less noise. Very comfortable bed with the best combination of firm with a soft pillow top. They do have shampoo, etc.

Localisation parfait, nuit tres bryant,e on a entendu de la music boumboum samedi soir jusqu'a 4AM! Qui nous a empêcher de dormir. Le dejeuner n'est pas un buffet, ils n'offrent que trois choix. Et extrêmement difficiles de demander de pas mettre des modification exemple tomate ou de champignons dans l'omeletts ! On a bien voulu essayer les 2 premiers jours mais après on a ete dejeuner ailleur. Notre chambre etait vaste et propre.

Modern, clean and spacious room. Very well located, within 1 block of the center of town. We stayed for one night, but did not have hot water. They attempted to restart the water heater, but apparently didn’t work. An inconvenience that I hope was temporary and the next guests did not have that problem.
