「Inserted in the tropical cloud forest, this place is magic. The Toro Amarillo river taints the stones orange and gives a constant roaring, the congos haul to contrast with the crickets and cicada's background rhythm. But most of the healing comes from the hot, yellowish mineral spring water pool, alternating with the very cold, crystal clear spring water. While the cabins are rustic, the staff are all wonderful. We will come back for another “forest bathing”, and perhaps a zip-line adventure....

「The place itself is very beautiful. We had a nice breakfast and got to see the butterfly garden. My kids enjoyed it a lot.」

「Lo mejor del alojamiento es que estas en el parque y la entrada esta incluida. La unica pega es que el desayuno empieza a la misma hora que abre el parque, pero estaría bien poder desayunar antes y entrar temprano. De todas formas, por lo menos a finales de abril, no hay mucha gente y fue una vuelta en la naturaleza muy especial.」

「Wow what a fun stay. So many unique accommodations! We stayed in the chalet and the in room jacuzzi was marvelous! Beautiful picture windows over looking the garden and the valley below. The king size bed was very comfortable. The chalet was darling inside. Don't let the photo on the website fool you. Outside the chalet looks a bit worn down, but inside has such unique building materials. There is a mini fridge in the room, and reception has a microwave you can use. There are electric fire...

「We really enjoyed our stay at La Selva. Loved the guided tour that is included and also did a bird tour on the property which was great. Both guides were very knowledgeable and we had a great time on both tours. Multiple trails on the property to explore on our own. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
