Amazing stay at the Westin Conchal! The resort is stunning, food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Beautiful beach, huge pool, and very relaxing vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Great property and very well maintained. Concierge was the best experience. She did both the job as concierge and tour guide advisor. Staff were friendly and very focused. Food varieties and options were great. Lots of nature on the compound. Beach was great for being on the Pacific side. Deluxe rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though walkable, the constant availability of on-site shuttles was welcomed and efficient.

Nice place, large grounds. We didn’t even have time to make all the trails and walk around the entire property. We spent most days at the beach and the pools. Even the locals were nice on the beach. Plenty of things to do, for all ages.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff was great, service was good although twice while dining at one of the restaurant, our waiters just disappeared. Room service food was not good at all and my daughter found a worm in her salad but we enjoyed Caracola for lunch, the steakhouse for dinner, the Italian restaurant as well. We also enjoyed Mitra Market. Stay away from the Asian station and you will be fine. Breakfast was good; definitely get an omelet and a Costa Rican breakfast; delicious. The pool was amazing and I liked the temperature of it; the beach was nice; there are people giving massages along the beach and they weren’t too pushy. I went to the Spa for a Wellness ritual and the service was amazing as well. All in all, we will definitely come back.

My family absolutely enjoyed their stay at the Westin. They treated us amazing. Excellent customer service my son absolutely enjoyed this day and his time at the kids club. We love the pool and the beach all the amenities that were available to us like kayak, paddleboard and snorkeling I took a bike ride through one of their hiking trails and it was absolutely amazing. You will see a bunch of animals like like monkeys on the property, which was an added bonus, the beach is phenomenal, and most of the restaurants were a wonderful experience, which was surprising for an all inclusive.

The staff here was amazing, all friendly and accomodating. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Where they have some issue is the food; the food was not great. Most of the food I tried here was very bland and a lot of it was very overcooked. They could use some work in the food department. Also, I upgraded to the Club Access which included adults only; it was nice to have a pool space and some dining without kids around but all and all it didn't appear they you get much more than separation from kids. The club lounge itself was underwhelming compared to many other resorts in other caribean nations I've visited.

We couldn’t fault this resort. From start to finish and everything in between it was the best time we’d had on holiday ever. The resort is beautiful, clean, safe and everyone is so friendly and helpful. There was so much to do but we loved that a lot of this revolves around making the most of the beautiful ecological diversity of the region. Food options were plentiful, varied and very very good. No shortage of choice and all well cooked by amazing staff. The room was fabulous huge incredibly comfortable bed and my son was made to feel so welcome and part of the whole thing which was really special for us. He was made to feel comfortable and included and he had so much fun with the whole team especially Bryan and Kendely in the entertainment team and Emerson at the kayak bar. All the staff were amazing and I cannot recommend the resort highly enough. Embrace the beach and the local culture, enjoy the wildlife on offer and come you won’t regret it.
