瓜納卡斯特酒店，瓜納卡斯特平住宿優惠推介

「We arrived with low expectations because of the mixed reviews we had read, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at RIU Guanacaste. The property was very well maintained and beautiful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was good, with plenty of options at the main Liberia buffet restaurant, and we enjoyed the quality and flavors even more at Papagayo. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. The drinks...

「Staff were very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Doney from customer service was very welcoming and accommodating. They staff made us feel like we were family. Rooms and hotel very clean. Overall I had an amazing time and will return in the future.」

「Don’t stay here pictures are not what it is. Rooms was filthy, still had stickers on the wall from the previous person who was in the room, tub was dirty with a dirt ring blue stain on the bed sheets. This place almost ruined our vacation; thanks to villas sol way better place rooms was clean and better view and cheaper. Whatever you do don’t stay here. And we have pictures and videos to prove this place sucks」

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. No Umbrellas Provided: On a rainy night, the so-called resort had no...

「JW Marriott is an excellent resort. Beautiful property, extremely helpful staff. Excellent restaurants and a large gym. Beach is beautiful. Golf course conditions were poor.」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...

「It was very good」

「Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of...
