This was such a great place, the views and staff were amazing! It was awesome staying right off the beach. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. We could walk down the beach to different restaurants. We caught a sail boat ride that picked us up from the beach. The hotel staff coordinated it all. Would definitely go back to this hotel!!

This hotel was very unique and we are so glad that we opted for the oceanfront room. It was quiet (aside from the kids at the pool) and we saw monkeys, birds and iguanas right on the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Planned this vacation for our honeymoon and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They always made sure we comfortable and accommodated properly without us having to ask, especially Shay. The environment was beautiful and so many amazing views, we were immersed in so much nature and enjoyed experiences such a tropical vibe. We had a massage to end the trip and it felt amazing and was very reasonable priced. The excursions we did were amazing as we were able to experience more of the beauty of Costa Rica. First international location I've been to that I plan to visit again. We've decided to come back for our 10 year anniversary.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bosque Del Mar. Our Oceanfront room was wonderful with all the amenities needed--large room, separate sitting area and lovely balcony to view Playa Hermosa. The staff were also very accommodating. Our only complaint is that the beach seating is removed each day between 6 and 7pm. We would have appreciated the opportunity to continue to enjoy the beach with a place to sit in the evening. One suggestion: As there is no gift shop in the hotel or nearby, it would be helpful to have some incidentals for purchase when travelers forget to bring items from home; such as, sun screen and bug spray.

A wonderful small resort on the beach. Service was impeccable and the restaurant food was excellent. The beach is really nice and there are plenty of lounge chairs for guests.
