DO NOT BOOk THIS HOTEl!!! This hotel is the worse hotel I have ever been. Do not have restaurant only a salad bar and all the food is exposed to the flies. The hotel was very close to the beach and restaurants. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms comfortable for the most part (we were there in the dry season, it was hot and A/C struggled to keep up).

Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. Great communication with John. The villa is older but very adequate. The plunge pool was too cold for me but my partner enjoyed it. We were in the best location in the resort. Great views and on a quiet little road. Very close to the main pool. The ping pong table there was a pleasant surprise.
