“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“Stayed here a week, our first time in Costa Rica. Great location if you’re looking for the surf town vibe, breakfast buffet was good- staff seemed a little lacking in customer service at times but we found a couple who were gems! Beach side of resort has different vibe than the location across the street. Much quieter on that side. Enjoyed our experience and would come back. The excursions and hotel transportation we booked were cheaper NOT booked through the resort.”

“The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.”
