Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. 「Ilya was absolutely THE BEST host ever. He provided many great suggestions and was always available for questions. The property was fully equipped with anything you can imagine! Great size, wonderful air conditioning with the most amazing views! The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes, however with all the pool options you don't even need to leave the property! Highly recommend anyone to stay at Illya's property. Thanks Ilya!」

「Condo was nice and clean. Be warned that there is a bar pretty close and you can hear the music till about midnight. Pool area was small but nice. Quiet gated community. The downstairs bedroom slider would not lock The ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work which was not a big deal to us. One nice they allowed us to keep own car in the gated area after check as we had an all day excursion. Was nice to know all our luggage was secure. 」
