「The front desk, bartenders and shuttle drivers are the best!! They go out of their way to make everything perfect!! The location is what makes this resort great...the views are awesome. The beach area is nice! The rooms are a bit dated and we did not have hot water the first 2 days... and it wasn't for lack of the staff trying!! They did finally fix it and that helped immensely!! Housekeeping staff was mediocre at best. The food was really good... we would visit again!」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...
