「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. 「The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. 」

「The setting was nice, views and the lush grounds. Rooms were subpar. Had to move rooms because racoons in walls and ceiling. Italian restaurant was an utter disaster. If a true Italian was to go in to this place, that would throw the food in the walls. My wife got extremely ill.Buffet was also a disaster. Mystery meals always. Omelette cooker was not trained and has no business cooking, no English. Same for the Snackbar chef no cooking skills and no English. Will never book another stay at any...
