My complaints are minimal. No atm on site so you either have to leave the resort to get some or just plan to bring more then you think you need. Restaurants are the worst….in the sense that if you don’t wait on line 2 hours before they open to get a seat then don’t bother wasting your time waiting ...

The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shows and concerts were amazing. It is a great place for family fun.

We weren’t sure what to expect, but it was a perfect location. The beach was really fun, clean and quiet!
