"Property was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Communication was great with property manager! She was helpful in where to find groceries and some nearby hiking. We went scuba diving and snorkeling. Early morning walks on Playa de Coco only a block away from the beach! "

"The property is quaint and well kept, centrally located within walking distance to everything….including steps from the beach! Everything is well maintained and immaculately clean, with consistent WiFi and excellent AC in guest rooms. The pool area is a sublimely relaxing space and the restaurant menu serves something for everyone’s palate. **BUT** what makes The Palms so genuinely special is its staff. Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, adding personal touches to the customer service they provide, especially Ileana at reception and Chris in the dining/bar area. Huge thanks to the entire team for a fantastic stay. PURA VIDA!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa Timlin! The house was spotless, the view was amazing and the location was perfect. Communication with Tim was always quick and helpful. Reyna made us delicious meals and took great care of us during our visit. She was a extra bonus during stay! Ian helped with planning our excursions by meeting with us before our visit and checking in throughout our stay. Our experience was well above our expectations.
