「The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!」

「Tim has a fantastic house. It's modern, clean, and well stocked. He is easy to reach and communication was easy. The house is within walking distance to the beach, however, it is on a steep hill and may not be easy for all. I would recommend having a car for ease of getting around. 」

「Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative. 」

「Our stay was excellent! The condo was prepared for our arrival and well equipped. The view looking out at the pool was amazing. It is a short distance to a grocery store, restaurants and town. The only issue we had was they were doing repairs to the stucco and the crews were loud outside our bedroom at 7 AM. All in all it is a very nice, safe place to stay!」
