We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is fantastic and it's wonderful to be able to walk just a few metres to the beach. The beds were comfy and the basics you need are provided. An FYI for future guests - keep in mind that the house overlooks the beach carpark along with the beach so be prepared to listen to the very early morning (and some late night) beach visitors. This didn't bother us though.
There were a few negatives however, the bathroom is very small and awkwardly laid out. The bins had not been taken out by the property manager so we had a fly problem in the house during our stay. The long life milk left for guests in the fridge was over a year out of date and the overall state of the property was not clean (eg - weeds growing out of the guttering/dirty floors). Overall, the property is ok but overpriced for what it is. Also, from a safety perspective I would not recommend to families with littlies like us (we have a 3 year old) as there is no fencing in the yard.
