This townhouse unit is less than fifteen minutes to the track, SPAC and other points of interest in the Saratoga area. You will have easy and quick access to I-87 and Route 9. It is fully furnished with comfortable sleeping for up to 4 people. Off street parking can accommodate up to 3 cars. While enjoying your stay you can enjoy a drink on the deck in a quiet and safe neighborhood or grill your favorite meal. The home is equipped with two televisions with cable and wifi access. For summer months you will be cool with central air conditioning. It is a smoke and pet free home.

We really liked this place. Townhouse was very clean and very comfortable and nicely supplied with basic necessities. Large living room and kitchen with a nice outdoor deck to get some fresh air. Didn't have a chance to use the fire-pit but it was a nice touch. Easy drive to and from SPAC (took us ~18 minutes with a light traffic). Pleasant, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Host was very responsive and nice. My wife and I went to SPAC which was only about a 30 mins drive with traffic. We will definitely be visiting again if ever in area for another concert!
