“The staff here are incredible. A bit shout out to Ashley, manager of housekeeping for her kindness and flexibility as I needed to have a late check out. No questions asked and a big “no problem”, now that’s customer service. The free breakfast was great and again the servers were friendly and kind. Front desk staff were accommodating and friendly also. A great place to stay if you visit Truro.
