“A very nice and neat apartment. Efficient and friendly staff at reception. The only problem was that there's road construction at the entrance that was a little inconveniece. Overall is good!”

“The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit……

“Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc.……

“The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street.”

“Original apartment is too close to railway and bus terminal which is too noisy at night. Manage is kind enough to switch to another apartment which is much more comfortable. Well equipped and spacious. Great”

“The apartment is in the City Centre. The city centre of Riga is quite compact. You can walk everywhere.”

“Das Appatrtment war sehr groß und ziemlich neu eingerichtet. Teil eines normalen, großen Wohnblocks, in dem auch Familien ständig wohnten. Allein die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern (1 p.P. für 4 Tage) und Gläsern und Tassen war dürftig.”
