「Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt.
