“This place is terrible if you are travelling from overseas with luggage <>23kgs. The room is located on the 4th or 5th floor with no elevator. There is no way after a long flight to the destination you can manage to carry your luggage to the 4th floor, The stairway is narrow and the last stair approaching the room is a spiral stairway that is too narrow and made of steel, not to mention the hallway is dark. “The location is excellent. It is close to the railway station, mall and the old town. The room is clean and comfortable. It will be perfect if there is air conditioning because all the windows in the rooms are facing the inside wall of the building where other apartments put their air conditioner. It was so noisy if we opened the windows and so we had to close the windows but it was very hot in summer.”

“Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. “Location can't be beat. Rooms were as in images, no complaints there. Major issue with Bathroom having large visible mold growth, not cool. The stairwell was chlorinated bi-daily to a level it's near fumigation. Lucky for us we weren't too sensitive, but if you are, no no.”
