Great Location near Conference Center

We were in town for my son attending SETC conference and this apartment gave us plenty of room to spread out and still within walking distance to the Conference. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and Immaculate Place

A 10 minute walk to Inner Harbor and the National Aquarium, it was very convenient. The apartment was immaculate and had everything I needed and more. I didn't have time to use the building's amenities, but will definitely come back an try them out!

Great space except for fire alarm and having to walk down 27 flights! Apparently happens frequently. We enjoyed the property but tenants did not seem to enjoy the property and were heard saying they were moving elsewhere.

Perfect for Ravens Games

Walking distance to both Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. Neighborhood a bit dicey but apartment building was very secure. We will book this place again!

This is my second time staying at this property and my family & I love it. Great location in downtown Baltimore, walking distance to a lot of things. I love that you do not have to worry about finding parking as you can park in the garage across the street. Property is nice, easy check in process and unit is clean. If I go back to Baltimore I would stay here again.

I liked the place so much that I was happy I was able to extend my stay. The view, especially at sunset, was wonderful. If you need a place to stay in downtown Baltimore, this is a wonderful option. Super clean!

Great for a quick getaway

My family and I stayed here for a quick getaway to visit the inner harbor. First impression of the property was amazing. Beautiful setup and views. My son ate every meal in front of the window enjoying the view. The pool and common area are also terrific. We played pinball and Pac-Man, when we had some time to kill. The apartment and amenities are amazingly clean. Highly recommended this place, and could speak more highly of how helpful and responsive the property management team are.

Amazing View

Absolutely loved my stay here! Very clean, comfortable, and everything was easily accessible (pool, parking, gym) and perfect location for enjoying downtown, and Inner Harbor! The staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond to help if I had questions or needed any local information. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Apt

An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!

Building was located very close to everything. It was easy to walk downtown or the harbor. The space was comfortable. Building had a lot to offer. The only thing I wish was a later checkout time.

Sister's 80th birthday celebration

Overall it was pleasant. There as one little glitch, but it was out of your control. An evaluation due to a kitchen fire on the sixteenth floor. 27 flights of floors was very overwhelming. My 85 year old husband required assistance from the last 5 flights.

Lovely Apartment

This is a beautiful little apartment located within close walking distance to the stadiums, theatres, and UMMC. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. The place was well equipped for cooking and dining. And the bed was VERY comfortable. Additionally, this is an extremely clean apartment!

I had such a wonderful time staying here! Perfect location and accessibility to anything needed during my business trip. The staff were all professional and helpful with any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and the gym was perfect for morning workouts! Absolute loved the view!

Perfect pied a terre!

Visiting my Daughter who lives in bmore and wanted a place that wld feel like home so she could come to stay over one nite for a girls sleepover - This was perfect! Having the parking so close by made it so convenient for me to run back and forth to her place. Loved that I could pull up front to load and unload. The apt is so spacious, with incredibly high ceilings, tremendous windows and amazing views. I don’t know how I will ever be able to stay in a tiny hotel room again.

Great property

The unit itself was exactly as advertised, check in process was seamless and the few times I had to reach out for assistance, I was met with fast replies. The only downside in my opinion is that there is only one TV which is in the living area. In the bedroom once the door is closed there is nothing but the fan, the windows, and lamps. Luckily for my party we didn’t mind/ need TVs much. Overall this was a great place and I would definitely rent again.

I have to be honest the accommodations and the process left a bad taste in my mouth as the issues did not only stop where my name was under a different room. Also, we did not have access to the pool, it is only for Residence also, we did not have access to the gym because of the same reason. Regarding the apartment, it was not as clean as described. There was in the bathroom and in the kitchen, some of the dishes were dirty and put in the cabinets. there was expired and opened food in the cabinets and lastly the air-conditioning was not sufficient enough as it was very hot in the apartment, all in all I don't believe it is worth what I paid for. However, one big big issue was when I started communicating via email asking them since you can’t speak to them via phone, to please fix the issues after two emails I was ignored and I had to take advantage of whoever texted to make sure my accommodation was expected and that's how I communicated. That was unacceptable as I am the customer and paid for in full I would expect a response.

Very good property for family of 5. The Inner Harbor 5 minute walk. Camden Yards 10 minute walk. Building and amenities were excellent. Like any big city just have to have street smarts walking around at night. Would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was very simple, clear and easy!!!
