I liked the location that was within walking distance to M&T bank stadium. I did not like that the air conditioning in our suite was inadequate. Also, the elevators could use some maintenance. Breakfast was ok although they ran out of coffee and I never saw staff to ask for more

The most helpful thing we did for our trip was to secure parking in a nearby garage beforehand. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy walk to the Camden Yards and Aquarium during the day. We took ride shares to evening spots.

Very soft comfy bed and pillows, excellent location within a block of the Inner Harbor. No parking! Not even temporary parking for check in. Had to find our own and it was expensive. Hotel clerk was no help. Breakfast was nothing but sugary and fatty foods—no fruit at all but there was yogurt.

We checked in around 9pm on the 28th we went to our room and the security lock was broken off. I went down to the desk he gave me another room same floor a couple doors down. This room was not very clean, the curtains were all different lengths, the toilet had the wrong size seat on it there wasn’t a paper holder. The TV had bare wires and the ac/heat bang and banged all night. I never slept we checked out I. The morning and they ended up charging me $312 dollars for the one night. Very bad experience . I went to the Tru Hilton and it was excellent and clean

I'm not sure if the ac was working right or not but the hotel is close to the convention center and not horrible. There is a slightly rougher element at and around the hotel on weekends but that doesn't bother me but it may if you have young kids or not used to big cities. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was clean including the shower. Air conditioning worked well just made a rattle sound as it would turn on. View of city/harbor was nice but windows super thin and could hear EVERYTHING. From horns to car music thumping, arguments that you could practically pick out every word. Room was great but sleeping was super hard on a Friday night until 4am.
