Communication and responsiveness by host was excellent. Property is well appointed, but could use a deep cleaning. There was quite a bit of dust and a musty smell upon arrival. In particular, cleaning fee seem excessive given that the property was dusty and surfaces not wiped clean. Probably would not work for someone with dust sensitivity or allergies. HVAC system works well, but not evenly distributed between floors, which made it hard to enjoy different levels at the same time. When temperatures were comfortable in the bedrooms, it was intolerably cold on first level. Kitchen missing basic appliances like a coffee-maker and hot water kettle, while it does have an air fryer. Front doors stick and make getting in and out difficult. Beautiful flower garden that could use some patio furniture to fully enjoy. Overall an attractive property located in an area convenient to attractions, but that needs some maintenance and attention to detail.
