This listing is so misleading. The first 2 pictures make it seem like the property is in a nice loft building with gated parking. This is incorrect the day before check-in they will let you know that you'll be staying in a basement! The free uncovered parking is street parking.
The place was cozy and comfortable enough but if have any issues walking the stairs to the basement apt are a little scary as you will see in the attached photos.
You have no control over the temperature it's controlled upstairs so you are sweating or freezing and the vent is right above the bed. There is no hot water in the kitchen sink. There is no light outside the apartment so going down the jagged stone steps at night was the greatest.
Since I was in the basement there was just a normal door at the stop of the stairs that didn't help with sound at all. The neighbors upstairs were so loud when they came home at night, in the morning they set up off the smoke detector.
I was told that I had to take my own garbage out to the backyard; however I could not access the backyard so I had to throw my trash in the neighbors garbage that was in front of their house.
I didn't realize that this site had rentals such as this. I would steer clear of this one.
