The check in agent, Sheila was very polite and professional. The location of the room and the room itself was very nice and clean. Hotel was nice and quiet and in the perfect location to where the events we had to attend. The only negative was the breakfast. Items not available and took to long to replace food items on the menu.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and refilled often. The juices and coffee were delicious. Safe and secure parking. An easy, quick walk to the M&T BANK Stadium.
The front desk staff was so incredibly friendly! It makes a huge difference in your stay when the first point of contact is friendly, helpful and kind! Kudos to the staff!!

This is one of the better Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed in recently. Clean building, clean and comfy room, big TV and a helpful staff. Such a good experience that I would probably stay here even if I was visiting Baltimore for non-football reasons. But if you're coming to the city for a game, this is easily the best affordable choice.
Breakfast was a bit limited, even for a hotel continental, and the local area is still a bit industrial. But there are a handful food options around and the proximity to the stadium (and Camden Yards!) cannot be beat.
