Wonderful stay each time I visit. The room is always super clean, staff is always so helpful and nice. I personally stay because of all the amenities they have. Parking is convenient, the area itself is convenient because of the stores. I think this is by far my favorite hotel.

Decent room, comfortable bed and pillows, decent pillows. Some furnishings show a lot of wear and tear. Shower good. Tissues, toilet paper and towels were awful - very rough/hard. B’fast layout very poor flow with long line (one-way), food choices decent. Checkin fella (Javon) had great customer service skills.

The heater didn’t work, sent in a repairman, little English. Eventually, got to change a room. The new room on the 4th floor, same spacious and nice as the original one and quieter. We enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good too.

You could smell weed and smoke in part of a hallway. Guests were smoking near entryways and throughout parking lot as well. Every trip in the elevator reeked from other smokers of both kinds. Surfaces in rooms could be cleaner. Staff was great and very helpful
