Nice hotel, great location. Very clean and updated, comfortable bed. Great check-in process and easy valet. There was an issue with one of the elevators and the Wi-Fi and even LTE was terrible in our room

Enjoyable

Everything was great except our room did not have a fridge which meant our leftovers from dinner ended up going bad. The staff were wonderful though and we enjoyed the room and location.

Good location, not very friendly staff

The hotel is near the harbor and many interesting places. However, the service was not very good. It seems the guys at the front desk have more important things to do instead of receiving guests.

The desk person, Austin, was terrific, friendly, and courteous. very helpful with advice about the area. con:: one of the window blinds was broken and would not close, giving us little privacy. Well, I hope we put on a good show for the people across the street.

RL Hotel

Decent for a one night stay. This no frills hotel offered moderately sized rooms. The bed was hard and the street noise continued throughout the night. Our television only received one channel and it took several calls to the front desk for additional pillows. The bathroom was stylish with a huge shower and nice toiletries. The front desk staff was pleasant. I wouldn’t plan to stay a week here, but was okay for one night stay.

Bare minimum accommodations

Felt and looked like they were preparing to go out of business! check in was done at a fold out table! No bar, restaurant or even breakfast available the next morning and their liquor license was recently suspended resulting in bare minimum accommodations.

The room was good and so was the space, but I wish there was a working desk and a chair that. The lobby and the hallways looked run down and so dirty!! It felt sketchy at first. I would not recommend anyone, however I liked the bathroom facilities.

Security guard out front was so loud until 6 am I couldn’t sleep. Maybe he shouldn’t invite his group of friends to hang out all night keeping the guests up

No hot on water No batteries in the remote No coffee maker No refrigerator No amenities No attendants in the lobby after 11pm THE Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed that was in a large downtown city.

The decor and setup of the room I stayed in was lovely. However, it was not cleaned well. The room still had the smell of the former tenant, hair on the remote and toilet seat, and there was no smell of cleaning products. The pillows also did not smell fresh, they smelled used. This hotel is beautiful but you will not get a clean room.

the lobby was very poorly decorated. the security guard armed, was great, but make me feel unsafe the notifciation on the wiondow about alcohool prohibited made me feel unsafe the guy at the front desk was on the ohine with friend during the checki in process... all bad experience

Not as good as use to be...

We stayed in this hotel in July 2018 and really liked it so thought we would go back. Lets just say covid put a huge hit on this hotel. No restaurant inside or room service only a coffee machine and no daily housekeeping. The staff is very friendly and nice but I dont think we will come back. The room was chilly at times and could not do anything with the heat, stayed same temp even when adjusting temp.

There was a nicely renovated bathroom, but for 1 day there was no hot water at all. The other day it was lukewarm. There was no maid service at all, not that big of a deal. Great comfortable bed but only 1 nightstand. There was a ratty chair to sit in, that was it, one person had to sit on the bed.

There was a film crew setting up for the next day the entire night. Did not sleep as booked on the second floor above the event. The desk clerk was on his cell phone and gave the impression we were an interruption in an otherwise good shift. Ice was available in a sketchy basement. Just outside of the harbor and we’re convinced driving in a walk would not be safe.

Bad place

The worst hotel stay ever. Check in at 3pm did not happen till after 4 no one was at the counter or cared. Doors lock at 11pm no card entry had to call a number and wait. No free breakfast all though the flyers on the counter said it was. This hotel is a bad joke. There is not a good thing about it.
