I had no problem with the hotel but the airline was BAD, very BAD. The hotel should investigate which airline it does business with so that its guests are satisfied. First I took a family trip alone for 3 nights which on Sunday we had a family reunion which I couldn't be there because spirit canceled our flight and instead of leaving at 7 at night as planned they put us at 10 in the morning On jet blue they gave us the option of looking for another flight but they were all with a stopover and we had to pay an excessive amount of money, in the end we had to return to Los Angeles as they put us at 10 in the morning and we missed the family reunion that was due which was the separate trip, we lost almost 1 day because there were 9 hours of difference between one flight and another. MY WORST EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPIRIT AIRLINE, BAD VERY BAD

No complaints!
It was amazing! We could have used more towels in the room but other than that it was great! I was able to watch a beautiful sunset from my room which was a great treat!

It was just dirty. Run down. We stayed in room 311. Upon checking in the guy at the front desk finished his conversation with his coworker before checking us in. Made us feel like it was race related. We had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Furniture was chipped and run down looking, musty smell to the room. Shower was hot and bed comfy. Other than that it was just a waste of $250. Never ever ever again.

I really enjoy the room! It was spacious, modern w/large TV and has a pillow top mattress! The amenities were pleasant. The price was very reasonable.I ha a very comfortable nights sleep. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Also the airport shuttle added a very nice touch!

Quick stay
Check in was fast and efficient. I inquired about the amenities but was offered information about parking. The jacuzzi was small but empty. Peaceful and relaxing. My refrigerator in my room had items in it from the previous guest but otherwise my room was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

We are a full service hotel, so breakfast is not complimentary. That is for the limited service hotels. Shower too hot, but bed very comfortable.
We struggled with the boiler system, keeping the water at a consistent temperature. Hot water kept coming out of the cold in the shower and the sink. But the bed was very comfortable.

The Sheraton BWI Hotel Staff provided exemplary service during our stay in Baltimore. The hotel was close to the airport, but was quiet and had a convenient shuttle service to the airport. We were a short drive to Baltimore and Washington DC for sightseeing adventures. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating.
